Bepoke Pump
Skid Fabrication and Installation.

This month Entech successfully completed the fabrication of a bespoke pump skid package on behalf of a valued client.

Our client required a dual-pump skid system with full pipework, insulation, and integrated controls. The package had to be built to exacting standards, ensuring long-term reliability and efficient site installation.

Our Role

We were appointed as the fabrication partner, responsible for:

Pump skid assembly – precision fabrication and installation of pumps onto a robust steel skid.

Pipework & insulation – all stainless-steel pipework fabricated, fitted, and fully insulated.

Valve & access integration – large isolation valves installed for safe operation and ease of maintenance.

Final build & testing – full system fabricated, assembled, and workshop-tested ready for delivery.

The completed skid was delivered on schedule and in line with our client’s specification. By pre-fabricating the entire system, we ensured quality, efficiency, and reduced site disruption, enabling a smooth installation phase for the end-user.
